KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a remote, commission-only 1099 Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive our next phase of growth. This independent contractor role is ideal for someone who’s motivated by results, eager to make an impact, and ready to build a sales pipeline that rewards effort with unlimited income.

🔑 What You’ll Do

  • 📞 Prospect & Connect
    Identify and reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

  • 🔍 Qualify Opportunities
    Ask the right questions to uncover client needs and match them with KENTECH’s background investigation solutions.

  • 📅 Book Appointments
    Schedule meetings with decision-makers for our senior sales team or Founders.

  • 📊 Use HubSpot CRM
    Accurately log and track lead activity, follow-ups, and performance metrics.

  • 🤝 Collaborate Cross-Functionally
    Work with our marketing team to support outbound campaigns and messaging strategies.

  • 📢 Support Campaigns
    Jump into lead-gen campaigns, social outreach, and brand awareness efforts as needed.
