Join a high-impact federal program supporting the FBI’s mission to protect the nation. We are seeking a proven Program Manager to oversee and coordinate all activities under a newly awarded BPA. This is a key leadership role, requiring both strategic insight and daily operational rigor.

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret clearance (TS) with SSBI

  • 15+ years of experience in program/project management

  • 5+ years managing personnel security, background investigations, or federal investigative services

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams

  • Oversee compliance with Trusted Workforce 2.0 and FBI vetting frameworks

  • Serve as liaison with FBI COs, CORs, and PMs

  • Drive cost, schedule, and quality performance across all task orders

  • Support investigative modernization efforts and metrics-driven oversight

Location: Washington, DC (on-site)
Position Type: Full-time, Key Personnel
