What You'll Own
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that eliminate manual, high-cost processes
- Build prompt-engineered automations using tools like Make, Zapier, n8n, or GPT-based systems
- Own capacity planning and labor forecasting — e.g., reduce cost-per-investigation by 30% while
- maintaining quality
- Create KPI dashboards leadership can rely on daily
- Standardize processes into scalable SOPs that survive growth
- Align operations with finance to protect margin at every stage of scale
Example Project
A government client needs 500 background checks completed in 30 days. You'd:
1. Build an AI workflow to auto-assign cases based on investigator capacity
2. Create a dashboard showing real-time progress vs. deadline
3. Identify bottlenecks and optimize contractor allocation to stay on budget
You're the Right Fit If You Have...
✅ 5+ years in operations leadership at a service-based or high-growth company
✅ Direct experience scaling a business — operationally and financially
✅ Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms — if you've used ChatGPT,
Claude, or similar tools to automate parts of your job, you already do prompt engineering
✅ Strong financial acumen — margin, cost control, and forecasting are second nature
✅ A track record of replacing manual processes with smart systems
✅ Startup, BPO, SaaS, compliance, or government contracting background preferred
Investigation experience? Not required. We'll teach you the business. You bring the operational and technical
firepower.
