KENTECH Consulting Inc. is seeking a customer-focused Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact in our background investigation process. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring timely and efficient service delivery by facilitating seamless case intake and handoff.
Key Responsibilities
π Case Intake & Data Management β Serve as the initial point of contact for incoming background check requests, ensuring accurate data capture and case setup.
π€ Interdepartmental Coordination β Work closely with Investigative Analysts and Verifications teams to ensure smooth handoffs and consistency in service delivery.
π Data Validation & Accuracy β Review and validate incoming client information, addressing missing details to minimize delays.
π Case Management & Record-Keeping β Maintain accurate intake records in ClarityIQ, our case management system.
β³ Prioritization & Time Management β Manage intake tasks based on client requirements, service standards, and deadlines.
π Client Communication & Support β Engage with clients to clarify initial information, fostering strong relationships and proactive communication.
π Process Improvement β Contribute to ongoing enhancements in intake processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
β 1+ years of experience in intake, customer service, or administrative roles (experience in healthcare, social services, legal, or background screening is a plus).
β Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
β Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with a customer-first approach.
β Tech-savvy β Comfortable using case management systems or CRM software (experience with ClarityIQ is a plus).
β Ability to adapt to evolving processes and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
β Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
